We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.Perform all cash related transactions (cash withdrawal, cash deposit, credit card cash advance, Traveller’s cheque, TMD, instant TT, Emergency Cash, ATM etc) accurately, promptly and skillfully . Ensure transactions are adhere to internal guidelines and external regulations. Report any suspicious transactions to Section Head/OIC/Manager immediately. With the obligation to pick the notes not suitable and handle counterfeit note. Back-up Counter Service Team.
2.Provide high quality customer services and maintain pleasant customer relationship. Answer customers’ enquiries professionally and solve their problems tactfully. Keep customer information confidential. Report to supervisor/line manager for customer feedback in time, and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service.
3.Prepare cash related returns to SAFE/PBOC/FCD/CNQ accurately. Keep a scientific and smart filing system within the relevant area.
4.Maintain HSBC internal control standards,implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and main awareness of operation risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.Have strong sense of Anti-ML and implementation. Report potential ML or suspicious transactions in time, and prepare Anti-ML report when necessary.
5.Keep good communication and corporation with internal colleagues, including back-office colleagues and frontline colleagues, and cross sell bank products/services appropriately.
6.Support counter service team if needed.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and above
2.Be familiarity with internal procedures and external regulations
3.With good communication/service skills and fluent spoken English
4.With necessary knowledge on retail operations, bank products and services especially for premier customers
